Letting Go was written and created during the final months leading up to the death of my mother. This project was conceived as a cathartic means of dealing with the deep pain and loss of witnessing my mother succumb to a devastating terminal illness. Playing with the aesthetic of the traditional herbier (pressed flower journal), Letting Go is part naturalist archive part auto-biographical memoir.
