The purpose of the discussion is to examine the differences and commonalities of colonialism between Black and Indigenous millenials or if from the African diaspora the “born free” (those born after independence of their native countries). From the genocide of indigenous people to enslavement of the African and to colonization of “Africa”, there seems to be a common thread of the colonial powers, this discussion will aim to identify the commonalities as well as tease out the differences and also speak to how we are all treaty people.
